I've received no order status updates and nobody has responded

I sent 3 emails. I messaged on Facebook and got someone who asked for my order number and then left. I messaged on Instagram.

I quit.

I cancelled my subscription and am going to call my bank as soon as I leave the house.

This is an absolute disgrace. I was planning on getting the majority of my calories from Huel but now I’ve run out with no updates in site.

Ive never had a problem contacting Huel, how long ago did you place your order?
