Huel weight gain mass gain

I have trouble gaining weight and I seem to eat anything and everything in site someone mentioned huel to me and said it might help I take in about 210 grams of protein a day and 2 pasta meals as well as 1.5lb of chicken daily and 4-5 eggs and 4 potatoes a day and I can’t seem to gain weight I can’t get past 160 my body fat percentage is 6.5% I want to put in more mass but I can’t gain the weight

Hi @Jerredh96, gaining mass is more about calories.You’ll need to eat more calories than your body is using. You can use a TDEE Calculator ( to calculate your daily calories intake.
