I usually do one scoop of the powder daily, because 2x at once makes the texture weird for me. But then I don’t bother to shake up another scoop after..
Lunch time is Hot and Savory but that will stop when the Mac N Cheese runs out. So maybe I will do one scoop of powder every 2 hours or as needed until dinner.
Just curious what you folks are doing. My goal is to lower cholesterol.
I consume huel nearly everyday and for every meal. Currently it’s typically one essentials powered meal either made as a shake or pancakes and one h&s meal. And to round it out I will also have a snack bar.
