HORRIBLE service

Had the worst experience with canceling an order. The order had not even been fulfilled and I couldn’t cancel. That’s ridiculous. A customer service representative didn’t want to cancel my order so now I have to wait for them to send me the order and then request a return label to send back.

IT HASNT even been fulfilled. This is exactly how a small business should NOT do business

Hi Desiree. Sorry for all the troubles. Unfortunately, once an order is processed, it’s next to impossible to cancel. We use a third party fulfillment center who is extremely large, and once the order is in their system they cannot backtrack in that system to cancel an order. We can provide a return label for you once the order arrives!
