My order was stolen and never received. I want a replacement or if you guys can do anything. I reached out to customer service 3 times and no response. I have been charged for my order and no order has been received. Please help.
Hey Ava. With the new price changes and product announcement the Customer Experience team have an increased volume of emails. They absolutely will get to your email and sort this out for you, it might just take slightly more time.
If your order has been stolen then we will it will require a bit of time to contact the courier to look into this too.
