We need your help and your opinion!
We’re running a short survey to get a pulse check on how you’re finding the Huel community – not just here, but across all the places you interact with us. Whether you comment, lurk, post, or just read, your view matters.
Take the survey here - only Q1, 3 and 4 are ‘must-answer’. If you only answer those it will take <1 minute.
Just a note, this isn’t about product feedback, flavors or formulations (so don’t worry, there’s no question about Mac & Cheeze – promise – but please don’t mark us down because you’re mad about Mac & Cheeze!).
The survey is about how we can do a better job engaging with you and give you more value – your experience talking to us, how we show up on Reddit, in forums, on TikTok, wherever. What’s working? What feels off? What could we be doing better? What would you like to see us introduce?
Some background on this, we’ve recently built a new team at Huel called Brand Experience & Community. We’re only a few months in and we’re getting the house in order and before we make any big changes, we want a real baseline to improve from.
You might’ve already seen some of us around:
- Me (Hope) - I look after all things US Forum and Tiktok! You’ll see me around here alot more making sure that your voices are heard and fed back to the team! Along side this you’ll catch me keeping in the thick of all things engagement across all our socials.
- Tim – He’s back! After the announcements around Meal Packs last Christmas he has stepped back into a more community role and is heading up this team, while still managing Hot & Savory. He’s pushing to make your voices heard in every decision we make.
- Mark – You may have seen him around here a little while ago but he is Tim’s right hand man, he is here, there and everywhere. Keeps things moving, escalates the stuff that matters, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll see him around more when i’m on leave!
- Aimee & Ben – our community advocates, building conversations, replying, moderating TikTok Lives, and handling DMs. Ben mostly heads up our Reddit leading on all things engagement and information where Aimee is seen as our queen of the affiliates & ambassadors looking after them all! But if you’ve chatted with Huel on social media in the last 3 months, it was probably someone in this crack team.
We’re not starting from scratch, but we are starting fresh. The truth is, we care so damn much about you – our Hueligans – and while you may not love every decision we make, this team truly wants to make things better for the people who’ve stuck with us, spoken up, and kept us honest.
