Did not get the product so far!

I have subscribed Huel for every 4 week delivery. I got charged on my card on 09/27/18 and the product suppose to come on 10/02/18 and I did not receive anything so far. I have emailed on support with all the information but no response. Can I get a phone number to talk to someone at Huel? I don’t know what else to do.
