Yellow Curry - pimped up

The first time we had it, we felt like something was missing. I’m Indian and I’m used to having a little more heat in my curries. After reading suggestions from others, the second round was much better. We added shrimp, sweet potatoes, sautéed onions and jalapenos, a dash of turmeric and a dash of chili pepper. OMG! Very very happy!
