I’ve read cautions about suppliments containing metals and etc. especially if they are sourced from places like China. How can I be sure they are safe and in the proper quantity to avoid toxicity?
I am also interested in this, especially regarding the rice protein.

Huel is manufactured in Canada and made in accordance with all Good Manufacturing Practices in facilities that adhere to all applicable quality standards. Most of the ingredients in Huel are sourced in the USA or Canada - oats for example, which make up the bulk of Huel (around 40-50%) come from Canada. Some of the ingredients are sourced globally, but it’s worth noting that Huel is an international brand so what is local for you wouldn’t be local for someone buying Huel abroad.
