Weight loss...?

i started huel in ernest about a week ago, and combined with alternating days of cardio/strength training, have lost 5 pounds so far. i don’t eat between 6pm and 6am. After exercise in the morning i have 2 scoops of huel and am satisfied until about 2-3 in the afternoon when i have 2 more scoops. right around 5:30pm i have a small solid food meal of greens/beans/tofu… not much. feeling super good! i have been vegan for many years and always struggled to get adequate protein and Huel is the bomb!
