Weight loss. What is your story?

Hi everyone!
I’ve been on my own weight loss journey lately and was curious to hear others’ stories.
One thing that helped me a lot was setting a realistic goal and knowing exactly how many calories I need per day to reach it.

I found this free weight loss calculator super useful – you just enter your current weight, goal weight, or goal date, and it tells you how many calories to eat daily. Simple and effective.
