I’ve been enjoying the regular huel for around 5 years almost daily, and I also like the hot and savory foods. In my recent order, I got a sample packet for greens and I looked it up on the site. I like the concept and would like to try, but have a small concern about the ‘greens‘ used in the product: are they raw/how well do they keep?
Given that vegetable produce recalls are not uncommon (such as e coli with lettuce), are there some processing/safety procedures in the green powder? Thanks!

Yes, we do have food safety procedures in place in regards to Huel Daily Greens! Huel Greens is produced in an FDA-approved facility and audited independently to SQF food safety standards. We test every batch of Huel Greens for full microbials (this would include things like e.coli, listeria, mold etc), allergens, aflatoxins, and heavy metals, and all have been within specification. Additionally, the crop-based ingredients will generally be heat-treated/spray-dried.
