Sorry to hear that the new packaging isn’t working for you! I’ll pass this feedback to our technical team. I highly recommend sending an email with your batch details to support@huel.com, as this is how they aggregate data and keep track of feedback trends.
We switched from a tub to a pouch to reduce our plastic usage and the packaging carbon footprint. The tubs also encountered more issues in transit: the Complete Protein seals would sometimes come unstuck and require replacement, which meant more product loss and food waste. The pouch format also aligns the product with the rest of our range–the Black Edition Powder, the Huel Powder, the Essential Powder, and the Daily Superblend–which all come in pouches.
Of course, none of this means that our packaging can’t still be improved, so we really appreciate this feedback!
