Order fullfilled but only a shirt sent?

Seems rather simple I order the product first time user but only get a shirt and they say it’s fullfilled. Is there any reason why my product and shaker didn’t come?

I’ll be honest I am disappointed with the following :

  1. no chat bot
  2. no number for support/account

They have a support email but no email when you send in the request. I expect " We’ve received your request and will be in contact with you within 24 hours".

Is this common on orders?

Hey there. I’m sorry to hear about the missing items. My coworker Sothan emailed you back a bit ago–looks like your flavor wasn’t captured due to a glitch. Part of your order is currently on hold as it seems there was a glitch at checkout which prevented us from capturing your flavor preference.

Please let us know what you would like (vanilla or unflavored), and we will get your order processed right away.

Sadly, I have yet to receive a tracking number. I’m not sure what to say at this point other then disappointment and frustration. My account has no updates as well.
