I got my Protein Huel bag, but the order did not include a scooper. No big deal. How many cups will I need for the 400 calories?
According to Google: " 90 grams is 1/5 of a pound, or 2/5 of a cup."
Weighing it out with a kitchen scale is the best way to go. The scoops are not very exact, and run high in my experience. With a scale you can weigh both your powder and fluid to get a really accurate mix that you can scale up and down. I use anywhere from 81-99 grams + 450-550 milliliters of water or almond milk (including ice) which yields a calorie range of 360-440.

Hi @falconx! We don’t include scoops with every order, as they outlast the bags of powder quite easily. If this was your first order of a bag of one of the powder ranges from our website, can you please email support@huel.com so we can sort this out for you?
Just to make sure as well, our Complete Portein is still sent out in tubs in our US market (this is the US forum 
) in which case the scoops are included inside the tub.
