I need to make a change

I really don’t understand why I can’t manage my account. I also have not received my order that I placed last week and I believe that the address may be incorrect. I have emailed. I am very frustrated about several things:
#1 I can’t make changes to my account
#2 There is no phone number to call for customer service
#3 Noone answers emails
#4 No updates on my order status #352531

Hey Joyce. We have sent in a request to modify the address. Sorry about a delay in response–I’ll get this figured out for you. What changes would you like to make to your account? You should be able to modify any preferences on your subscription.
