I just bought a subscription but put in the wrong address

I can’t find a quicker way to ask for support, so I am posting here.
I made the first subscription yesterday, but I accidentally put in the wrong unit number of my apartment. I couldn’t find a way to cancel the order or change the address, but I did put in a message for support.

There weren’t any responses, except I just received email that the order is on its way. How can I get help to fix the unit number?

Hey John! Usually when orders are processed, we are not able to edit the address. However, I can see that one of our CE team members replied to your email and found a way to assist you!
