I want to use 2 scoops for 1 meal replacement. How many ounces of water do I use? I just got my Huel and want to use it for weight loss. Thanks!
There’s no right answer, it depends on how you like it.
They suggest 400ml for 3 scoops, shake, and then top off with another 150-200ml.
So for 2 scoops, that’d be 2/3s of those numbers (266 and then 50-66).
I, personally, find that mixing it was half that amount leaves it thick and satisfies my need to EAT rather than DRINK. Some hate the texture, but for me, I find it much more satisfying…
I usually scoop out 70g of Huel and use about 10 oz of water. It’s liquidy then and easy to drink for me.
