Did not receive my order #297292

I ordered 12 berry drinks, 12 vanilla and was charged $108. I received 12 Berry, NO Vanilla. I wrote customer service and they send they would send them right out. A week later, no shakes.

I am very disappointed in the customer service. I’m not surprised to find several posts with similar stories. Be aware.

Hey Steve. Looks like the replacement wasn’t processed correctly–I’m getting this pushed out today. You should see confirmation emails soon. Sorry for the troubles here!!
