Chocolate RTD 8 Boxes Ordered!

I didn’t realize our bodies retain 100% of everything we consume.

The body doesn’t break down Sucralose, it’s not a biologically inert compound. It alters the gut microbiome by decreasing beneficial bacteria by up to 50%. And it doesn’t recover for months even if you stop consuming it. It changed the pH level of the intestinal environment. Good luck with that.

It doesn’t really absorb, so I poop mine out. What do you do with your sucralose? Accumulate it? You probably shouldn’t do that.

When I was a youngster, my cousin told me if I swallowed chewing gum it stayed in my stomach for 7 years.

I believed her because she was a year older, and it made sense to my five-year-old brain.
