I just updated my subscription, and the totals aren’t adding up, like they did before I made the change.
im getting a $45 item and a $57 item, (subtotal should be $102.00+ tax) but the subtotal comes out to $127.80. On my last delivery I had a $45 and $49.50 and the subtotal was $94.50, so the subtotal here should be the exact amount of the two items added together. where did this extra $22+ come from? there’s no explanation listed. Taxes on my last order were $6.00, so its not that. Delivery is free, so its not that. Anyone else experience this?
Hey Jenna,
Welcome to the forum!
The Subtotal is the sum before the 20% subscription discount (and any other discounts) is applied. The one-time price of the Superblend and Black Edition is $71.50 and $56.30 ($127.80), but under your Subtotal you should see the 20% discount ($25.80) and the resulting Total, as in the below screenshot.
On my end, it’s looking like your subscription total is $87.53 after subscription and referral discounts.
Apologies for the confusion! I hope this helps.
Hi Hope, that makes sense - Joel figured out what happened and it actually turns out its because of a formatting issue inside the website. It was only showing the post-discount pricing, so the subtotal adding up to the non-discounted price didn’t make any sense without reference to the unlisted (at least from my view being logged in to my account, which has a subscription) one-time price. Joel created a screenshot that showed the one-time price crossed out with the subscription price listed next to it, and with that reference the subtotal now makes sense. Although it is still confusing since past orders show subtotal being equal to the subscription price. Thank you for your response though!
