I was referred by a friend to order some Huel and receive a $15 discount on my first order over $50. I am currently unable to apply the discount code because the system has automatically applied a 10% discount that I cannot remove. I am attempting to place a single purchase order, not a subscription order, and the 10% discount is being advertised for subscription orders. Now I am not sure even if I select single purchase order if it will process as such or am I going to be automatically enrolled in a subscription?

A friend I am trying to refer is having the same issue. Very irritating! Where is the option to remove a specific discount code and add another? I think it’s cool that they’re running this promotion in general, but referrals still need to work!

I had a chat with Phoebe from Huel this morning about this and she just emailed me to say that the problem has been resolved. I just placed my intended order without issue.
