Hello, I really need to cancel this order #5301899-US that just went through.
Could someone please help me out with that?
Last time it happened, I’m told that order cannot be canceled, but you can return the order after delivery. You would have to pay return shipping fee.
I then found out that I could refuse the delivery by informing the shipping carrier. This can be done either before or after the delivery, but the outer package cannot be opened. FedEx picked up the box and billed the return shipping fee to the shipper, and then I was refunded for the order once it’s back at warehouse.
