Can someone confirm for me how many calories are in a scoop? It used to be 153kcal but now I have info saying it’s 200kcal - confuses

Hey @D_L_2019! A full 400kcal serving of Huel is a little less than 1 cup or about 2 scoops. For the most accurate measurement, this would be 100 grams if you have a food scale. We recently changed our scoop size so yes, one scoop is now 200kcal.
