I just saw a new study published by the American Academy of Neurology journal saying that eating foods high in flavonoids could slow down cognitive decline. This made me curious if Huel has any flavonoids or if this is something we would need to add–such as with frozen strawberries or blueberries.
Even if it does have flavonoids I would still add strawberry’s or blueberrys on a fairly regular basis simply to increase the veriaty of flavors.
