Didn't get a warning about subscription order


I woke up to an email sent at 2 am that my subscription was going to ship, without an email prior to let me know I had an upcoming order. I don’t need this order and promptly emailed support at 7am to try and cancel, though the site says cancellations aren’t possible.

A little notice would be nice next time! It’ll save us all time and trouble, because I’m just going to send the shipment back for a refund.


That’s unfortunate. I have always received an email letting me know that my order will renew and gives me an option to adjust it accordingly if necessary
