Can't find my referral code

Hi,

I used a referral code from someone on YouTube. I clicked the link and put my email in. I am trying to make a purchase but I cannot find where my code is to enter it.

a couple questions

  1. Can you resend me my referral code ($15)

  2. Am I able to use multiple codes for one purchase? I am using a student discount code as well.
