Looking at Huel Black Edition the label indicates that trans fat <0.5 grams. Where do the trans fats come from that are in this product?

There are no trans fats in the Black Edition. The trans fat on the Black Edition is listed as <0.5g due to the labeling regulations when we first made this product. However, new labeling rules have been made, which will have them listed as 0g trans fats. We are working on getting the labels updated.
