My line of work basically keeps me chained to a desk when I’m not restarting equipment (you’ve guessed it, I’m in IT). Work can get really busy and I find myself getting tired of the fast food places around me. Huel seemed like the perfect answer so here I am. :grin:

I’m also pretty used to eating like crap since I’ve moved out of my mom’s a few years ago so I’ve gained a ton of weight, not that I was particularly fit before. The plan here is to replace the two meals I don’t spend with my family (breakfast and lunch) with Huel and continue going to the gym 4-7 times a week to get fit and stay there.

When I’m not working, I am shopping, playing outside, or generally just spending time with my daughter and girlfriend. You can also find me surfing the web, at the gym (in the mornings before work), having a couple drinks with friends/family, or studying for one of the many IT certificates I can earn.
