I’m badly out of shape, badly overweight, and frustrated with my health and energy. I have some injuries that make working out difficult, but if I could lose weight I could probably get back in shape. For over a year I’ve had every intention of eating better to get my weight down. Instead, my weight is higher today than it was a year ago.
I’ve decided to do Huel for breakfast and lunch and have a regular dinner with my family. I’m also going to give 16:8 fasting a try since a friend is having success with it for a medical issue she’s dealing with (recommended by her doctor).
