I am 54 and have spent most of my life thin and athletic. My kids were involved in everything at school so we spent a lot of time running around and I spent a good amount of time at the gym waiting for them and was always involved in 5k’s and other running and working out events. After the kids grew up and moved out and I went through menopause I found myself lacking any sort of motivation. I mean ANY motivation. I started doing Keto, which was so NOT like anything I have ever done before. I had some initial success but I felt so uncomfortable eating all that meat and fat. Then gave up and starting adding back carbs and boom my body was out of control. I starting having horrible reactions to alcohol and can not even drink one drink anymore without horrible reaction of headache or stomachache.
I tried altering my eating habits back to what they once were and just could not seem to get it back under control. I have put on over 40 lbs and am so unhappy. I need to get the RIGHT nutrition into my body
