# Your system placed an order I didn’t want

I noticed an upcoming order and changed the order date and items I wanted three days ago. Your website still placed an order today. I want you to cancel order 729068 and refund my money. I did not want this order placed and took the steps necessary on your website. I am confused as to why your website still placed this order. The money needs to be refunded immediately.
