Two of my orders ( #287766, #272038) were marked as delivered by FedEx but I received neither. I contacted FedEx who told me that only Huel can file a claim. I tried contacting Huel support via their support email, but have not received a response. Is there anyone on here who can help?
Hey Kevin. We responded to your emails. Your emails only mention #272038 as being missing–so this is for both packages? That’s pretty alarming considering the cost of these items. Have you contacted your building management or neighbors? We look forward to hearing from you.
