First subscription period was Nov 3 (Sat). Shipped on Nov 5 and just arrived today Nov 9.

Overall, just as expected. Seems Huel has listened to all of the prior shipping feedback. Thank you!

I must be unlucky then. Ordered mine on November 5th and still waiting for it to be shipped. Really excited for it but I’m afraid of all the shipping horror stories now

Oh no! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have recently brought on an additional fulfillment center to better serve our customers and unfortunately, the transition is actually what slowed down your order. Not to worry though, it’s on its way and should arrive by Wednesday, 11/14. I have also sent you a PM with your tracking number. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do! 😊
