# Still haven’t received order

I placed an order last Wednesday and it has not even shipped yet? I also emailed customer service and never received a response. Is this typical of Huel? My order number is 280886

Heyo! I see where this order is still pending. I’ll contact our fulfillment center and get this pushed out.
