I recently just ordered my first batch of Huel but I put down the wrong shipping address on accident. I’ve emailed them but no one has answered yet. I’m afraid this order is going to get sent and then I won’t get it. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Sending the e-mail was the right thing to do. The packages are sent by UPS (all of mine have been), so unless you have a relationship with the address you entered, I don’t think there is anything you can do until you have more information from Huel. If it has been shipped but not delivered, they should be able to still redirect it (based on previous experience with UPS, but not Huel).
