I am just wondering if the carbs per serving has already accounted for the fiber or should I subtract the grams of fiber per serving from the grams of carbs per serving to get the actual carb intake?
I donât think it would be legal to misrepresent âactualâ carbs on the label.
If you are doing a âcarbs minus fiberâ calculation to find ânet carbsâ then it would be more clear to refer to that result as such.
Are you counting the carbs for a dietary concern or for a medical concern (such as diabetes)? The more information you provide with your question, the more information this community of very knowledgeable people can answer.
Thank you for your response. The reason I ask is simply because I count my macro nutrients and huel does come with a quite of bit of carbs. On four servings, I go over my daily goal of carbs by about 25 grams. I was kind of hoping that I could subtract the grams of fiber so that my carb intake was actually under my goal. The article you provided was very helpful, thanks again.
