Why does it take 3 business days to “process” 4 bags of product into a damn box and ship it?

Their processing is a joke. My first order was supposedly hung up at shipping but they were able to deliver my second order just fine. First order stated a label was generated from shipping but it was never picked up. I tried their AI joke fest of customer service and it did thank me and said it would refer me to a human. Not been contacted since. WHAT A JOKE. If I don’t hear from them soon I will stop my membership and post it everywhere with pictures.
