Order unfulfilled

I placed an order on November 30th. It shows paid but the status is unfulfilled. I sent an email about it on Tuesday night but didn’t get one of those do not reply emails that let me know something was received. What can I do to follow up? This is my very first order and I am really looking forward to trying it!
