# Order not shipped?

I place an order late Tuesday night, and so far, no sign at all that anything has happened. I got the initial order confirmation, and my credit card was charged, but otherwise, nothing. In the past, Huel orders generally shipped the next day. I see at least a couple of other people mention similar issues. Is anyone else having any problems? What’s going on here?

Hey there. Your order has processed but there isn’t tracking available just yet. We ran into a bit of a delay with the combination of Labor Day + the hurricane. Hang tight, once tracking is available you will receive an email!
