# Order hasn't shipped

Hi,

I placed an order for Huel on Sunday, December 2nd, and it hasn’t shipped yet. I sent a couple of messages through the Contact Us page but haven’t received a response yet. Was just wondering if there are shipping delays.

Just looked over your order and there seems to be a hiccup with processing. I pushed the order through today. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to generated.
