Order cancelled without warning

Woke up to my order cancelled, money back in my account, no email, no warning. I understand they’re overwhelmed with new US orders but I’m not impressed with the way things are being handled. As sad as this makes me, I think I’m gonna have to go with soylent and try huel again in the future when they get US orders shipping smoothly.

On our end, it looks like it may have been accidentally cancelled by the customer. Is there a chance you were trying to edit your subscription and our system accidentally cancelled? Currently, our system has difficulty editing subscriptions and when customers have edits, we suggest cancelling and placing a new subscription altogether. There is no indication that our staff cancelled your order so this is likely a system error. Since your subscription has been cancelled, you can place a new one if you wish.
