# No shaker nor scoop in my first Huel powder order

Just received my first powder order.

#435849-US

The package did not include a shaker nor scoop. I’ve emailed Huel support about it, but I thought I’d post my experience here.

I hope Huel corrects their mistake quickly.

Thanks. I got the order confirmation email for the shaker and 2 scoops.

So far, I’m liking the powder itself. I don’t feel hungry after consuming a Huel meal.
