# No scoop in package

How much is one scope? My package didn’t come with one.

[Somewhere between 1/4 cup and 1/3 cup](https://discourse.huel.com/t/question-about-portion-size/77/7?u=vossad01), be sure not to pack the scoop and either should be suitable.

If you [contact support](https://huel.com/pages/contact-us) they can probably connect you with the scoop missing from your order.

As many will tell you if you want to be sure you are accurate, you will weigh rather than scoop, but I’ve always used a scoop.
