No refund after 10 business days

I was wondering if anyone experience delayed refund on their credit card after canceling an order. I got charged for the 3 months subscription and then an email saying that it would take two weeks for then to ship. I cancel it on the same day and got an email saying that would take3 to 5 days for a refund. It has been more than 10 ando haven’t received it. They haven’t replied my email either. Is anyone experience similar situation?
