# New Huel user just saying hello!

Hello there!

I just received my first order of Huel and I just wanted to say hi. I have tried 100% Food and then moved to Soylent 2.0, but wanted to try something different since Soylent sometimes leaves me bloated. Also, I wanted to incorporate something that was less “chemistry lab” created and had no soy.

I just had my first Huel Meal after work and I enjoyed the taste and consistency. I’ll be having some for breakfast and taking some to work with me tomorrow to see if it satisfies my appetite.

Welcome! I’ve been drinking it for a few months now, and I’m very pleased. I particularly like it blended with frozen fruit.
