Missing plastic scoop and Huel Tote bag was covered in powder. Huel Responds within seconds

I ordered from Huel for the first time 3 days ago and figured I’d try it before subscribing to the service. There was a plastic scoop missing from one of my orders and the tote bag I ordered was covered in powder. The Huel customer service team responded literally in under 10 seconds and will replace both items. This is what I call Impeccable customer service. Once I try Huel and verify the product is as advertised, I will subscribe.
