# Is Huel ok to drink 24 hours after being mixed?

I made some Huel this morning and forgot to bring it to work. Am I ok to drink it for breakfast tomorrow morning or will it be bad?

Yeah it was refrigerated and it will be like exactly 24 hours. I’ll risk it. I hate wasting food.

I have personally consumed Huel up to 48 hours after blending it, while it remained in the refrigerator/cooler the whole time. Tasted about the same.

24 hours should be fine–it just may be very thick!
