I need my package!

I ordered my first Huel on the 17th of September and STILL have not received it and they are trying to sell me my next batch. I have responded to their emails but No one has responded back and no effort has been shown to send this package. I am extremely frustrated and quite frankly just want a refund at this point. Am I the only one with this issue?

I looked up your order and I found the issue. It looks like it was delivered on Tuesday, October 3rd, but UPS tracking shows it as left at a dock and signed for, then returned to sender. Given the circumstances, we can certainly issue you a refund. I will private message you with your tracking number so you can see what I’m talking about.
