# Huel Insomnia problems

Hello! I have been having Huel twice per day for about 4 months but over time my sleep has become massively disrupted.

I wake up in the night wired but tired and I’m guessing it’s from the B vitamins.

I’m going to stop having Huel from today but I didn’t want to have to do that as it’s helped me in other ways.

Has anyone else had this problem and what is the solution you found?

Hi i must admit that my sleep has been affected too. I just cant get to sleep at night. I did check to see if it had caffeine in it, but it doesnt. Any idea?
